Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DailyDSP platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

DailyDSP is operated by PLADcloud, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). The Service is designed for Amazon Delivery Service Partners ("DSPs") to manage their daily operations.

2. Description of Service

DailyDSP provides a software platform for DSPs to:

• Manage route assignments and driver dispatch
• Track vehicle assignments and affinity
• Coordinate driver scheduling and attendance
• Generate operational reports

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

DailyDSP is offered on a subscription basis:

• Pricing: $0.25 per route per week
• Minimum Usage: Each tenant is subject to a minimum of 100 routes per week. If actual usage falls below 100 routes in a given week, you will be billed for 100 routes ($25.00/week).
• Free Trial: 14-day free trial for new customers. No charges during the trial period.
• Billing: Billed weekly based on actual route usage, subject to the weekly minimum
• Payment: Valid credit card required at signup; charges processed via Stripe

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We use your data only to provide and improve the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by PLADcloud, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLADCLOUD, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PLADcloud, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
