DailyDSP, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the DailyDSP platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

3. SMS/Text Messaging (DailyDSP Driver Alerts)

DailyDSP, LLC ("DailyDSP") runs the DailyDSP Driver Alerts text program for delivery drivers whose Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) uses the DailyDSP platform.

What we collect: your name, mobile number, preferred language, Amazon Transporter ID, a record of your consent (date, time, method and who entered it), and the content, time and delivery status of texts to and from your number.

How we use it: only to send and respond to work messages: route and vehicle assignments; device assignment confirmations (reply YES/NO); schedule and shift updates and reminders; check-in and end-of-shift prompts; vehicle and device issue reports; messages from your dispatcher; automated replies to texts you send us; driver portal links.

We do not send marketing messages. Message frequency varies with your schedule. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, START to opt back in, and HELP for help, or contact support@dailydsp.com or (945) 435-9377.

No sharing of mobile information: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in and consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We disclose mobile information only to service providers that help us deliver messages (for example our SMS carrier and cloud host), and only for that purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate the Service (e.g., Stripe for payments, AWS for hosting)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared, as described in Section 3.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information:

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Encryption at rest for sensitive data

• Regular security assessments

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account termination:

• Billing records are retained for 7 years (legal requirement)
• Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely
